What’s New Process for CorrExpo© 2019
Based on feedback from Corrugated Week 2018 in Indianapolis, we have made some updates to the process and procedure for the popular What’s New sessions for CorrWeek 2019.
The sessions will again be held on the exhibit floor for expanded access to both paid conference attendees and all exhibit floor attendees as well. Sessions will be shortened to one 45 minute session each day which will allow up to six companies to give a seven minute presentation each day.
New this year ... All applicants will be asked to provide a 1-2 minute video which has been produced by them, promoting their new product or innovation. All videos that are accepted will be shown on video monitors in the food court area during lunch, in the Mile High Café during exhibit hours and possibly in the networking area during the breaks (space permitting). Videos should be produced 1920 X 1080 HD MP4 (minimum Mbps/sec). We encourage no audio and if a spoken message is desired please use on-screen captions.
The 12 companies which receive the most votes from the Technical Program Committee will have their videos included on the monitors but will also have the opportunity to do a live presentation in the What’s New Pavilion at a scheduled time which will be posted to all attendees.
All short videos that are accepted will also be available on the event website as a “CorrExpo Show Preview” prior to the event and available on the website after the event.
